BIO

Born and raised in Yeadon, Pa, Roxi Fab was an aspiring lead singer, but later realized that she loved background vocals, as well as skin care and makeup artistry.  In 2005, she attended the Jean Madeline Education Institute and received her Esthetician diploma and PA State License.  

 

The spitting image of her father, legendary Philadelphia radio disc jockey, Carl Helm, Roxi chose music! She started her professional career in music in 2008, and in radio in 2014 in  Philadelphia.   Known for her magnetic personality, her passion for music, and her love for her listeners, Roxi became a household name.  In 2019, she was hired at Radio One Philadelphia as a Board Operator/Producer/Voice Over actor. Roxi left Radio One in 2022.  She now has her own show, "The Roxi Fab Show" on Philly's Favor 100.7 playing your favorite gospel music!  Roxi can be heard on commercials nationwide as a Voice Over Actor for Benztown.  She has an Entertainment News segment on a station in Louisiana, and she also guest host frequently on WURD 96.1FM/900AM out of Philadelphia.

 

Roxi can be seen acting in hit stage plays, a film entitled “A Road to Truth” on Amazon Prime, as well as gracing the runway as a plus size model in numerous fashion shows for multiple designers. Roxi also has years of experience as a Personal Assistant for high profile clients.  She was a background vocalist for 90’s R&B crooner, Christopher Williams, known for the hit “Don’t Wake Me, I’m Dreamin,” from 2012-2019.  In October 2022, Roxi was crowned winner & Queen for the BBWP Plus Size Beauty Pageant, also claiming the titles for Most Exquisite Evening Gown, Most Unique Lingerie, and Most Impressive Talent.  March 2023, Roxi chose to relinquish her title for personal reasons.

 

As a Certified Life Coach, Public Speaker & Mentor, Roxi developed the the Motivate, Inspire, and Change Your Life - (M.I.C.) method.  A plan to help get you motivated so that you can be inspired to change your life and the lives of others.  COMING SOON 2024

In her spare time, Roxi enjoys spending time with her parents, her children, and her grandson Liam. She still sings but she also loves reading, writing music, skincare, makeup, smoking cigars, watching movies and the Golden Girls & Law & Order SVU, shopping,

going to church (New Life Kingdom Centre in Drexel Hill, PA) and meditating.
